All you want, is to be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor. But most days you’re feeling like your smart watch is broken and is somehow stealing your time. I’ve been there, and know that feeling all too well. That’s why I created this space, to help people on their perinatal journey reclaim their time and spend it doing the most important thing, adjusting to their new family.

You have a lot on your plate. There is a lot that goes into preparing for a new life. It changes everything from your finances to your relationships. When you check on social media all you can see is a sea of perfection but you don’t fit in with that. You don’t have the time to match those picture perfect curations. Really, all you want is to be able to enjoy the family you’ve always dreamed of, but you’re not quite sure how to make that happen. This is where I come in.

The truth is 88% of working women in the US have no access to paid maternity leave. What that means is birthing people have a limited time to have a baby before they have to return to work. The shorter the leave, the more likely a person is to struggle with postpartum depression. PREPARATION means everything to your recovery and your bonding time. Knowing the facts drives my spirit to want to help others. With my therapeutic background and experience in counseling and coaching, I’m on a mission to help others build balance and enjoy their time with their little one(s).

Not too long ago, after a battle with infertility, I finally became pregnant. It was a huge moment of triumph but it also triggered panic. I was first time mom, who was having a high risk pregnancy. I was also only four months into my new job. That meant I had to be ultra prepared. Anything could happen at anytime, and I didn’t qualify for family medical leave. My story isn’t unique, as a matter of fact, half of new mothers are not eligible for family medical leave.

So, I had to be prepared. I was lucky because I am the queen of planning, and I left no stone unturned. Most moms are not as lucky. And when it came down to the birth of my daughter, I had the space to bond with her and adjust to life as a mother without worrying about getting back to work and finances; even after she was born premature and went into the NICU.

The books often give great information, but too much fluff. And on the other hand, some give too much information that can only be used as an encyclopedia. I created this site to help you, adjust to the the changes to come. Because, parenthood is hard, and finding your rhythm is harder. That’s why it’s my mission to help parents optimize and maximize their time by planning and preparing for one of the biggest transitions of your life.

So whether you’re a parent in training, expecting, or recently established I’m here to help you start to make sense of all of this, as well as to help you adjust with ease. Check out the links below for more information.
